The active ingredient in PRELIEF is calcium glycerophosphate, a mineral element considered essential for the proper functioning of the body.

PRELIEF helps neutralize the acidity of food and beverages, allowing you to enjoy a more varied diet without major limitations. The calcium ions available in PRELIEF act on the food, avoiding the need to modify the stomach's physiological response to food as common antacids do. While neutralizing acidity, PRELIEF also adds 65mg of calcium to the diet (15% RDA*) with each tablet, with the advantage of being more easily absorbed than calcium carbonate.

Dosage: Take 2 tablets 3 times a day preferably with meals. You can also take 2 tablets at bedtime if necessary. For maximum effectiveness, daily use of PRELIEF is recommended.
