Medical device based on honey, indicated for the treatment of constipation in children and infants, useful for combating the discomfort, irritation, and inflammation present in constipation.
MeliLax Pediatric combines a balanced laxative action with a protective action on the rectal mucosa. These properties, together with its antioxidant action, give the product the ability to protect and consequently alleviate the mucosa.
Infants between 0 and 1 year: half of a micro-clister, as needed. Children between 1 and 3 years: 1 micro-clister as needed. Children between 3 and 12 years: 1 micro-clister as needed. In case of severe constipation, apply 2 doses simultaneously. Apply a few drops of the product in the perianal area and gently insert the rectal cannula. Press the micro-clister all the way in, and at the end of the application, keep it pressed until the cannula is completely removed to prevent the product from being reaspirated.
