Breathe Right Nasal Strips open nasal passages to provide relief from nasal congestion, improving airflow. The special adhesive allows the strip to comfortably adjust to the bridge of the nose, and its flexing action allows the bands to lift nasal passages, keeping them open. Can be used during the day or at night for relief from nasal congestion due to allergies, colds, snoring, or deviated septum. No medication.

1. Clean: Wash and dry your nose (for oily skin, use a toner to cleanse the skin before applying). 2. Apply: Remove the protective backing and place the strip as instructed. 3. Press: Gently press the strip to adhere to the skin. To reduce the likelihood of skin reactions or injuries, always remove the strip slowly with warm water when washing the face or during a shower. Peel off the ends and then gently pull both sides. Size matters as using the correct size will provide the best results. Small/medium nasal strips fit 75% of adult noses, and large strips are for adults with larger noses.
